Noosa Quays

1. Charges must be paid by direct deposit or credit card prior to arrival. 2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt. 3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest. 4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. 5. Guests must only park cars in the designated areas. 6. No more people than what is the maximum occupancy for the apartment may stay in the apartment overnight. 7. No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex. 8. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that a Guest may sustain while on the complex. 9. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply. 10. There is no refund for early departure. 11. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 12. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment. 13. In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an Administrative Fee of $100.00, will only be made if more than 120 days notice is given. Please see our complete cancellation policy below. 14. The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 15. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests' property. 16. Parties or functions are not permitted within the grounds or in any of Noosa Quays Holiday Apartments or Penthouses. 17. The management reserves the right to change apartment allocation due to unforeseen circumstances.&nbsp;<h3>CANCELLATION POLICY</h3>Noosa Quays adopts the following practice when dealing with the cancellation of a holiday booking:1. If the booking is cancelled 120 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an Administration Fee of $100.00. 2. If the booking is cancelled less than 120 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An Administration Fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. 3. Short Notice Bookings - Where a booking is made less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, full payment is required and there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An Administration Fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. 4. All reservations cancelled 30 days out or less prior to the arrival date will be liable for full accommodation and will be charged at the confirmed rate. 5. An Administration Fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting, banking, cancelling, and advertising expenses. 6. No refunds for reduction in stay once in-house. 7. Confirmed Bookings - A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of&nbsp;10% will confirm a booking. A further 40% is required 6 months prior to arrival and the balance of the tariff is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.8. The letting agent and the owner have first right of refusal for all bookings held. In the event of an owner refusing a booking no cancellation fee will be charged.10. As our Resort is strata titled, we must respect the wishes of our owners we cannot accept any schoolies bookings. If you make a booking on our website and we find on arrival that it is a schoolies booking, access to the apartment will be denied and deposit will be forfeited.&nbsp;We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations. <h3>GARAGE USE:</h3><h3>Please note that there is only one car space allocated per apartment. Our garage is to be used for car parking only. Guest parking spaces are provided to visitors for temporary use and are not to be used for permanent parking.</h3>TRAILERS AND CAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR GARAGE AND MUST BE PARKED ON THE STREET.

With views overlooking the resort swimming pool, Apartment 11 is a private two-bedroom apartment. One bedroom is a queen bed and the other has two singles, both with en-suite bathrooms. Situated in a stand-alone building, the apartment offers a well-appointed kitchen and living area with television and DVD player. The living area opens onto the terrace that enjoys a sunny outlook over the pool and garden.
The apartment is accessed via 12 external stairs and has a separate garage beneath it.

Apartment 11

Immaculately renovated, spacious Apartment 3 is a three-bedroom river view apartment sitting on the ground floor for easy access to the Noosa River. Walk off your patio onto lush green grass and then onto the sand of our private beach. The Master bedroom (with master ensuite & WIR) has patio access, while bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by a second bathroom and additional powder room. Apartment 3

The Noosa Quays penthouse apartments offer the ultimate in Noosa Sound luxury accommodation with three spaciously appointed rooms and exclusive rooftop terrace. Penthouse apartment 23 is a large three-bedroom, three-bathroom river view apartment, with large wrap-around balconies to take full advantage of the expansive views. The main bedroom opens onto the generous balcony overlooking the river and is complete with a King bed, walk-in robe, spacious double en-suite with separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed also has an en-suite. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with access to the 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV’s. There is a formal living and dining room, informal TV lounge, casual and outside dining and separate reading room.

Apartment 23

Luxurious penthouse Apartment 22, one of only three penthouses at prestigious Noosa Quays, has recently been completely redesigned and renovated in elegant coastal style. Experience this exclusive top-floor location with superb 180-degree views of Noosa River, Noosa Sound and Laguna Bay beyond. The abundant bird life and ever-changing activity on the water provides daily entertainment.  
Inside, the unique curved ceiling in natural cedar soars to 3.7 metres with a complementary cedar feature wall.  The living, dining and sitting areas feature bespoke furniture in timber, leather and natural materials. Apartments 8, 15 and 16

Noosa Quays has two, four-bedroom river view townhouse apartments that are beautifully appointed and perfectly suited to larger families or groups. Apartment 13 is a four-bedroom, two storey townhouse. It has a fully self-contained kitchen equipped with a range of facilities including an oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher and laundry. There is a wrap-around balcony on the living area level furnished with an outdoor setting. The apartment has a comfortable lounge suite, TV (including cable TV), DVD, HiFi, dining table and chairs. The lower level of the townhouse is the living area that has expansive water views. The 4th bedroom is also on the ground floor and has a Queen bed and direct access to the bathroom and balcony.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk in robe, en-suite and a reading and TV nook as well as its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 single beds that can be a King bed on request and has its own balcony with full water views and the 3rd bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with a separate toilet.

Apartment 13

This four-bedroom, 4 bathroom Townhouse recently refurbished self contained apartment is beautifully appointed with Hampton’s style kitchen equipped with a range of Miele appliances and induction cooking, filtered water, a wine fridge, breakfast bar and laundry. There is a wrap-around balcony on the living area level furnished with Coco Republic outdoor sofas, dining table and sun lounges. Additionally the lower level has two comfortable indoor lounge suites taking in the expansive water views. Smart TV’s including Foxtel, ducted air conditioning, dining area along with the 4th bedroom with a queen bed, direct access to the bathroom and its own balcony. Upstairs the master bedroom has a King bed, en-suite and kitchenette, as well as its own balcony with unsurpassed water views. The second bedroom has a King bed with en-suite as well as balcony and the 3rd bedroom with two single beds also with own bathroom.

Apartment 17

Positioned in the middle of the complex, this 4th floor apartment has magnificent views of the Noosa River and beyond. Featuring 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it is perfectly equipped for a family stay. Master features a Queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
