Holiday by the Sea…

…where adventures and relaxation meet

Noosa is full of adventure, places to relax in serenity and new discoveries, which makes it the perfect place for the holidays. Those who have never been to Noosa may think of it as just a town with a great beach, but locals and frequent visitors alike know it’s a collection of villages, each with its own influences and flair, waterways and scenery that host a range of adventures.

Of course, Noosa’s stunning Main Beach is a main attraction with sports and festivals happening throughout the year. And right alongside is famous Hastings Street, where visitors can enjoy a view of the sea over an ambient dinner at an award winning restaurant.

Just a short drive away is Noosaville’s popular main street, Gympie Terrance, known for its eclectic cafes and abundance of waterfront eateries. Thomas Street, adjacent to Gympie Terrace, offers boutique shopping and picturesque riverside ice cream shops and iconic eateries.

Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach are all just moments from Noosa, offering open beaches and diverse cuisines and cafes. The wide, open beaches host a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session along with patrolled sections for swimming. After a cool dip in the ocean, enjoy laidback beach bars or superlative espresso and spend an idle hour with a favourite magazine under a broad umbrella.

Next to Noosa Main Beach, you’ll find Noosa Groyne, a perfect spot to learn to surf. For those looking for a deeper connection with nature this holiday season, the Noosa National Park beaches are not only beautiful and popular with surfers, but nearby trails are popular for koala sightings, picnics and beautiful scenery.

Noosa is Queensland’s first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, which is an international recognition of the balance kept between environments that are natural, and those with people. In fact, over 30% of Noosa is protected, including waterways, parks and forests, creating a thriving safe haven for 44% of all of Australia’s bird species and 700 native animal species.

While there explore the adorable town of Eumundi, where shops, bookstores, vintage clothes shops and more line the streets of this storybook town.Noosa Marina also holds markets each Sunday, which is easily accessible via the Noosa Ferry which stops along the Noosa River.
